The mission of the company is to invest in small/medium companies that are leaders in their own market, with the objective to expand them to international level or to strengthen their competitive position in a segmented market.
The Management Team detains 100% of the capital of Quadrivio SGR, this therefore makes it a company with a totally independent management.
Quadrivio SGR S.p.A. manages two funds of private equity:
- Q1 Euro 100 million completely invested;
- Q2 Euro 150 million to be invested;
for a total AUM of Euro 250 million
